Patti McGregor - Managing Partner
Patti McGregor, is one of the Managing Partners of The Aida Group, is a renowned real estate investor in Texas with 24 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise and dedication have made her a trusted name in real estate, helping countless clients achieve their homeownership goals. Patti's deep knowledge of the Texas market and her commitment to excellence drive the success of The Aida Group.
Rob Roy McGregor - Managing Partner
Rob Roy McGregor or "TK" is one of the Managing Partner of The Aida Group, TK grew up in Calgary Canada. He played competitive Rugby and competed in both freestyle and downhill skiing at the national level. He came to Texas in 2002 to join the family real estate business. He started as an acquisitions manager and quickly moved to running the rehab teams. In 2008 he worked in foreclosures and then moved to marketing.
He now runs the day-to-day thing that The Aida Group need. He has sat on the board of directors for Houston’s biggest REIA and now is the Vice President of the Houston and San Antonio REIA. TK (his nickname) volunteers to teach classes and help advise up and coming real estate investors. He is very much a team player and enjoys helping those in need. He is a single father of 3 wonderful boys. His oldest has started helping his father with marketing. He plans to have them take over one day.
Tom McCutcheon - Acquisitions
Tom McCutcheon has been investing in real estate for 15 years starting in the San Francisco Bay Area working with foreclosure victims during the great recession. He formed a real estate investment firm, Gimme Shelter Homes, and branched out into the areas of wholesale, probate, lease options, and owner financing. He now works real estate all over the country using his expertise gathered from many of the best experts in the field to foster residential redevelopment and help homeowners find real estate solutions.
Tom was raised in the Los Angeles area and went to UCLA. After spending ten years in the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho and Lake Tahoe, he settled in San Francisco, got a Master’s Degree from UC Davis, worked as an athletic director at a local school and also as an Exercise Physiologist.
Shibly Noman - VA
Shibly Noman Misha is a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) with over 6 years of expertise at The Aida Group. Specializing in digital marketing, Shibly has a proven track record of delivering effective strategies that drive results. His professional journey includes serving multiple companies, where he consistently contributed to their success.
